All Life Is Energy
In the most basic science class, students are taught that everything is made up of energy including the human body. Traditional treatments to help a person overcome a health issue, whether it is physical, emotional or mental, do not treat the life force itself. In no way shape or form should you completely eliminate the use of your asthma inhaler or stop seeing your psychologist. By incorporating the holistic method of energy healing, you will be on your way to a happier and healthier life.
Engaging Energy Fields
Since everything is made up of energy, it has its own energy field which is called the aura. The chakra or center of the body’s energy is where the exchange of energy occurs. An energy healer uses his or her own energy to create positive energy changes in the other person’s aura. Healers can influence all layers of the aura; physical, spiritual, mental and emotional.
Many years ago, the most well-known form of energy healing was coined the “Laying on of Hands.”However, being physically present isn’t necessary. A healer can also increase energy frequency levels and promote health and well-being by simply focusing their attention on a person. This is known as, “Remote Healing.”
Benefits of Energy Healing
Energy healing can provide a person with a multitude of benefits. Many have reported a decrease in their anxiety level and an overall better mood. They have also stated experiencing a sense of contentment and general feelings that all is well. Some found that their high blood pressure problems improved and their heart rate had slowed down. Energy Healing will create feelings of inner peace and empowerment, which can help improve your personal and professional lives.
