I just finished an amazing book called The Sacred Promise – How Science is Discovering Spirit’s Collaboration with Us in Our Daily Lives by Gary E. Schwartz, PhD. The book questions if there’s a greater spiritual reality. The scientific evidence presented is pointing to YES! I think most us of know this intuitively or through direct experience with prayer. It is truly revolutionary for the science community to get on board, test this theory and get quantifiable results!
In the book, Gary walks us through a number of experiments being conducted at the University of Arizona where they’ve been testing the existence of conscious energy or Spirit. An example of conscious energy would be deceased friends and relatives, angelic beings, spirit guides, and God force energy—all having their own light frequency or vibration and ability to communicate to us through synchronicities, symbols, through mediums, and sometimes showing up and whispering in our ear.
Gary Schwartz asks the question, do these energies really exist and if they do are they available to support and guide us? Not only does Gary test the existence of these light frequencies, he tests their ability to consciously provide data to us. He provides examples from the lab and his own personal life which sometimes overlap each other.
His initial results are astonishing. You have to read this book to believe it. He is truly on the cutting edge with his work, and it’s exciting.
To get to the meat of his findings without your eyes glazing over, you might want to skim through Gary’s detailed explanations of how he structured his experiments. I understand why he wrote extensively about his testing methodology—for the skeptics and that’s Ok and important. The average reader might think about putting the book down at the point, but don’t! There are some fascinating outcomes to Gary’s experiments that you don’t want to miss.
What’s beyond the veil has always been a mystery relegated to psychics and priests to figure out. If you think about it, there’s no reason why we can’t know what happens when we pass from this life and know who’s guiding us in our daily lives while we’re here.
It has been taboo for the science community to tackle the subject until now, perhaps because there’s no money in it as there would be if they discovered a new drug. Perhaps the most powerful drug substitute we could discover is that Spirit actually exists. It’s not wishful thinking.
Gary shows us that we (Spirit) are all energy. We survive death and have the ability to guide the people we love in the right direction for the best possible physical life experience. He is also discovering the existence of higher vibration energies available to inspire us whenever we ask.
I have to agree with a statement Gary makes in his book, “I have come to believe that we are close to experiencing a Wright Brothers moment with regard to the technology of detecting Spirit.” Like the Wright Brothers, Gary Schwartz’s work and discoveries have the ability to change our lives. His findings have the potential to assist us through these troubled times to a period of awakening.
With this new knowledge, we can embrace Spirit and rise like the phoenix from the ashes of war, tsunamis, tornadoes, terrorism, political unrest, and lack of integrity in the corporate world, to an understanding that there is energy stronger and lighter than us to guide and direct our journey to a more peaceful existence.
